In addition to the NBC Tower Garage, we have convenient parking in the outdoor surface lot located just north of the NBC Tower at the intersection of Columbus and Illinois Streets.
Notice: Effective February 1, 2012, the monthly parking rate for the NBC Tower garage will increase from the current rate of $285/month to $289/month. The $4 increase will reflect on your February 2012 invoice.
Transient and coupon rates have also increased by $2 to offset the new City of Chicago parking tax increase which went into effect on January 1, 2012.
We have made every effort to keep our parking rates affordable and within market rate; however, this increase, which is the first in over three years, is necessary to help offset our increased operating expenses.
